Recovery Evaluation
Book Your
Recovery Evaluation
Before we treat anything, we measure what your body is actually doing. You leave this visit knowing what is wrong, what it takes to fix it, and whether physical therapy is even the right answer.
What Happens During the Evaluation
- History.
- We ask what happened, what you have already tried, and what you stopped doing because of it.
- Measurement.
- Dynamometer strength testing that returns a percentile against your age group. Range of motion. HumanTrak 3D motion capture. Video movement analysis where the movement calls for it.
- Treatment, same visit.
- Manual therapy selected by what the testing found, which can include joint mobilization, Graston, spinal manipulation, dry needling, or laser.
- Movement work.
- Experience therapeutic exercise and specific movement re-education based on what we just measured.
- The plan.
- What it takes, how long, and whether other providers need to be part of it.
The Problem With Starting Anywhere Else
Most people who book this have already been somewhere. A shot that did nothing. Three months of adjustments. An exercise sheet from a clinic that changed their therapist every visit. A nerve test that came back negative with no plan attached.
Somewhere in that chain, a plan got built before anyone found out what was actually wrong. This evaluation exists to stop that pattern before it starts again.
What You Walk Out With
A written plan of care with a duration attached. Your own numbers, not a guess. A home program already loaded in the app. And an honest answer about whether physical therapy is the right treatment for what we found. If it's not, we tell you that and make the call to whoever can help.
Cost
$85 for a cash-pay evaluation. Insurance billed according to your co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible if you're covered. We accept cash, credit card, check, and CareCredit.
